Golden Jubilee Celebrations
Congratulations to Fr Oliver Stansfield and Fr Christy McElwee as they celebrate the Golden Jubilee (50 years) of their ordination to the priesthood.
To mark this wonderful milestone, Fr Vinod extends a warm invitation to all parishioners and friends to attend a Mass of Thanksgiving, which will be celebrated by Bishop Michael Router in St Brigid’s Church, Kilcurry, on:
Friday 31st July 2026 at 7.30pm
Refreshments will be served afterwards in Kilcurry Community Resource Centre.
Everyone is most welcome to join in this special celebration.
Roche Tractor Run
The annual Roche Tractor Run takes place on:
Sunday 2nd August
Starting from Roche Emmets at 2.00pm
This year’s event will raise funds for North Louth Hospice and Praxis Care. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
Healing Retreat at St Brigid’s Shrine
A Healing Retreat will take place at St Brigid’s Shrine, Faughart, on:
Sunday 26th July
2.30pm – 7.30pm
Led by Fr Roza Palic, the programme includes:
- Opening Prayer and Catechesis
- Eucharistic Adoration
- Meditation
- Prayer for Inner Healing and Health
- Holy Mass at 6.00pm

Tanzania Street Children’s Project
Fr William Stewart will visit the parish on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th July to speak about the collection of equipment for the Street Children’s Project in Tanzania.
