Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament Monday evenings 6pm – 7pm in Fatima Church, and Wednesday from 3pm – 4pm in Faughart Shrine. “Come and spend some quiet time with the Lord”
Communion Calls to the sick will be on Thursday this coming week.
Armagh diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes from 16th to 21st May. The Faughart Lourdes Committee are now taking names for Assisting Pilgrims and Pilgrims. Please contact Fr. Vinod, Fr. Bernard or any committee member. Meeting on Tuesday night at 7pm in Parochial House.
Triduum in honour of St. Brigid
January 30th – Mass and blessing with the relic of St. Brigid at 7.30pm in the Shrine, Faughart.

Candlelight procession at 8pm from Faughart graveyard to the Shrine.Limited parking at summit, park at St.Brigid’s Oratory and walk to summit for 7.45pm. There will be a general blessing of the relic at the end of the ceremony.
Blessing with relic in the Oratory from 2pm to 5pm on February 1st.
To mark World Day for Consecrated Life 2019 Archbishop Eamonn will lead a prayer service at St. Brigid`s Shrine, Faughart on Friday 1st February at 12 Noon. All religious communities in the diocese have been invited to the celebration and the faithful are also welcome to attend the gathering. A public Mass will take place at the Shrine at 11am before the prayer service, to mark St. Brigid`s Day. Again all are welcome. We give thanks and pray for those men and women who are called to the consecrated life, that they may be faithful witnesses of God`s love. May they always reveal the love of Christ to those they encounter and continue to enrich our world by their dedicated lives of prayer.

Social Dancing Next dance is on Saturday 9th February with music by Country Pride. Dancing 9pm to 12 am. Light supper served. All welcome.
Faughart Social Group returns January 28th at 7.30pm to Community Centre. AGM will be held on 4th February at 7.30pm.
St. Vincent De Paul Our Church gate collection happens on the first weekend of every month, so next Saturday 2nd February and Sunday 3rd we will be collecting. Thank you for your continued support which enables us to help people in our own community. We all find ourselves in times of need throughout our lives.
