CONGRATULATIONS to Maurice McArdle and Nadine O’Hagan who were married last weekend.

SECOND COLLECTION:  Fr. William Stuart is a Rosminian Priest who runs a small School for teenagers who are long term out of School as a result of the war is in Syria. Based in Lebanon he provides basic Arabic, Maths and English to the children who are borderline illiterate. He will be coming to the Parish on the 15th and 16th September to speak at all Masses. Thank you for your support.

LOST  Car key and House key lost around Fatima area. If found leave them in Fatima Church or Fatima shop.

Holy Hour every Wednesday from3pm to 4pm in St.Brigid’s Shrine, Faughart and every Monday from 6pm to 7pm in St.Joseph’s Fatima   (Except on Bank holidays)

YOGA CLASSES – On Wednesday evenings 7pm to 8.15pm Friday mornings 9am. to 10.15am. All welcome

SOCIAL DANCING in the Resource Centre on Saturday, 14th September. Music by Francis Faulkner dancing from 9pm to 12 midnight. Supper will be served. All welcome

CRAFT EVENING  at  7.30pm on Tuesdays. Please join us for work, chat and a wee cuppa all for €2. If you are new to crafting , we have people with many skills  who are very willing to show anyone interested how to do different crafts. Some of us make pre-term baby hats and octopus toys, blankets for nursing homes and homeless people. There are lots of groups who would love donations of handmade items. Please join us everybody welcome.

CHURCH GATE COLLECTION The annual church gate collection in aid of The Irish Heart Foundation is on 7th and 8th September. Thank you for your support in the past which is greatly appreciate

CUPAN TAE   our next cupan tae is on Tuesday 10th Sept in Roche clubrooms at 10.30 am         

Why not come along and enjoy the cuppa and a chat with people from all over the parish. Better still (No Charge)

LMETB TRAINING CENTRE Offers a range of evening courses free to jobseekers. A new initiative” Skills to Advance “enables those in employment to avail of free/reduced course fees for evening courses subject to certain criteria. Evening Course Information  and Registration  sessions  Monday 2nd to Thursday 5th September  10.00am to 6.00pm with late evening registration  Wednesday 4th September until 8.00pm.
