SAVE THE DATE: Joe Mellon, our Sacristan of St. Joseph’s, Castletown will be retiring this year after 25 years. Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Eamon Martin on Monday evening 29th July at 7pm in St. Joseph’s Church, who will be presenting him with the St. Patrick’s Medal for his years of service. All welcome.
CAMINO 2024: Fr. Vinod will walk the Camino Primitive in 12 days commencing August 1st to raise funds for the upgrade of the Church carpark and the graveyard pathways at St. Joseph’s Castletown.
ANNUAL NOVENA IN HONOUR OF SAINT JUDE: Calvary Omeath, From Sunday 2nd June 2024 to Sunday 9th June 2024. Mass each evening at 7.00pm. Healing Mass on Sunday 9th June @ 7.00pm. This year the celebrants are Fr. Oliver Stansfield I.C and Fr. Wilhad Shayo.
MARY’S SUPREME APOSTOLATE: Mass for Healing for those who are suicidal, and for those who have lost loved ones by suicide, to be offered at St. Joseph’s Castletown, on Friday 7th June at 6:00pm.
MISSIONARY SISTERS: 2nd Collection this weekend for Mission Awareness after communion. We welcome the sisters of Our Lady of Apostles to our Parish this weekend 1st/2nd of June, to promote Mission Awareness at all Masses.
FAUGHART LOURDES COMMITTEE: Thanks to Aileen McBride, Kevin McBride and David Keenan for their continued support for us while setting out on our Pilgrimage to Lourdes, and also receiving us on our homeward journey. Congratulations to Bernadette Campbell on receiving award 10yr Bronze Medal for Volunteering her nursing services. Sincere thanks for donation of €500 to our Lourdes Fund.
