Blessed Solanus Casey: Mass in Kilcurry Sun 30th September, talk on the life and spiritually of Solanus Casey OFM Capuchin by brother Richard Merling OFM Capuchin Detroit (Postulator of the cause for Canonisation of Blessed Solanus) and Sr Anne Herkenrath SNJM (Grandniece of Blessed Solanus) . Blessing with 1st class relic. Friday 28th Sept. 7:30pm St Mary’s Church, Mullaghbawn.


50th Anniversary: Fr. Tom Quigley invites our Community to celebrate the 50th Anniversary

of his ordination on Friday 21st September with Mass 7.30pm in Bridge-a- crinn Church. Refreshments after in Roche Clubrooms (No presents please)

Deceased members of Roche Emmets will be remembered at this Mass. All are welcome


Faughart Social Group: First meeting after our summer break on Monday 17th September at 7.30pm. The committee will hold a meeting beforehand, so information on our future activities will be available on the night. Hope to see all members and new ones

National Coffee Morning in aid of Louth Hospice.  Margaret Cunningham will be hosting

a coffee morning in aid of the above at 13 Fatima Park from 9a.m – 5p.m on Thursday 20th September. Please come along and bring a friend and enjoy a chat while supporting this worthy cause.

Social Dancing in Resource Centre on Saturday 22nd September from 9pm to 12am. Music  by Liam Mannering. Supper will be served. Everybody welcome.

Kilcurry Bowls Club – The bowls club returned from holidays on Tuesday 4th September from 8pm to 10pm. New members or people wishing to try bowling out are welcome on Tuesday nights.

IRISH Dancing Class returned Thursday 7th September from5pm until 6pm. All interested are welcome to attend on Thursdays.

YOGA CLASSES – in community centre on Wednesday nights 7pm to 8.15pm class and

and from Friday 5th Oct. the morning class will begin 10am to 11am. Please come and enjoy the exercise and relaxing in each class

HOSPICE COFFEE MORNING – Helena and Pat O’Connell are hosting a Coffee Morning in aid of the North Louth Hospice and Home Care foundation , at their home in Mountpleasant on Thursday 20th September. Please come for a coffee, a chat and a stroll around the garden. Everyone will be made very welcome. Take Ravensdale exit on Ballymascanlon Roundabout
