Candlelight procession at 8pm from Faughart Graveyard to the Shrine, Limited Parking at summit. Park at St. Brigid’s Oratory and walk to the summit for 7.45pm. There will be a general Blessing of the relic at the end of the ceremony.
Blessing in the Oratory from 2pm to 5 pm on February 1st.
Church Gate Collections: We would appreciate that when a Church gate collection is to take place that the “Garda Permit” is given to the Parochial House at least 2 weeks before the actual collection –if not no collection is to take place – also Church Gate Collections are not to take place on the 1st Sunday of the month, Easter or at Christmas time – Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
