WELCOME INTO OUR CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY: Daniel John O’ Connell who was baptised last weekend.

 

COFFEE MORNING: In aid of the parish funds will be held in Kilcurry Community Centre on Sunday 5th November 2023 @ 10am to 2pm. All welcome. A one-off draw for €300, €200 & €100 will take place during the coffee morning. Draw cards will be issued shortly. €2 per line, 3 lines €5, full card €20.

 

FUNDRAISING MEETING: Can all our Parish Volunteers please attend the meeting on Wednesday 20th Sept at 8 pm at the Parish  house?  We welcome new volunteers.

 

  1. LOUIS SECONDARY SCHOOL: has recently got a new polytunnel and are keen to link up with local residents who have experience with growing and planting. The school is looking for assistance in setting it up and there is also the opportunity for local people to use a space in the tunnel for their own growing.

FAUGHART SOCIAL GROUP: Monday evening at 7.30pm – Art Classes with Noel Mackin.

 

MS IRELAND: Church gate collection at all Churches on 23rd/24th Sept.

PARENT & TODDLER GROUP:  Friday mornings in Community Centre.  Open to parents and grandparents/guardians with or without their kids. Cuppa for adults and a play for kids.

LMETB Regional Skills & Training Centre offers a range of evening courses free to jobseekers. People in employment may avail of free/reduced course fees for evening courses under the Skills to Advance initiative subject to certain criteria.
